Feeding and grooming serve as great examples, but waste management seems destined to always remain as nothing more than a gross chore.
Litter boxes are cheap, gross boxes that most people set on the floor and try to forget about.
In developing the Rasbox, I asked if better integration into the home and a streamlining of usage could transform how people view the routine of waste management.
What the Rasbox does differently
Getting on the ground is unpleasant for anyone, and a serious complication for those with accessibility/medical restraints.
The Rasbox takes the litterbox off the floor to a comfortable height of 32 inches.
The Rasbox doesn’t need to be hidden away. The Rasbox elevates the litterbox from a plastic tub to a sturdy and beautiful furniture piece for your home.
The whole process in one
Pouring the litter, getting the scoop, and disposing of the waste is all right there.
The Rasbox features a self-contained system for seamless bag changes, with smell-proof disposal.

Several iterations of the litterbox’s layout were tested at scale, and verified by subjects with chronic pain to be within comfortable dimensions.
